As a Rapid Transformational Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Fertility Mindset Coach based in beautiful Prince Edward County, I’m here to help you rediscover your confidence, step into your power, and create lasting change both on a conscious level and deep within your subconscious mind.
I work with clients in Prince Edward County and surrounding areas including Belleville, Napanee, Trenton, and Kingston and also offer virtual sessions, so location is never a barrier. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and gently reframe those inner stories that keep you feeling stuck. Our work combines practical mindset coaching with deep subconscious work using hypnotherapy-style techniques to bring lasting results.
Whether you’re looking to rebuild confidence after a breakup or divorce, move through a career transition, or find support while facing unexplained infertility, you’ll find compassionate guidance and practical tools here. I also help clients strengthen self-confidence, overcome money blocks, improve performance, lose weight, and quit smoking or other unwanted habits.
I also offer Reiki sessions for in-person clients, which can be included in 30-day packages or booked separately. Reiki brings peace, calm, and grounding to the mind and body, supporting your overall wellbeing throughout your transformation journey.

PCOS/Weight/Fertility

I had struggled with never getting a ‘true’ period since I went off birth control since 2016. The frustration of not getting a period and other typical PCOS symptoms were getting more noticeable which included weight gain. The frustrations were serious! I was so intrigued after my first consult with Angela. After my 1st session with Angela my period arrived within 4 days, then a regular period followed on a standard time frame. In our second session we focused on weight and after 21 days I started to feel less bloated and more comfortable in my clothes. I cannot thank Angela enough she helped me gain my confidence and health back. I cannot wait to see what transformations continue to take place as time goes on thanks to RTT.
