RTT is amazing, even if you think you already know the reason you feel/think the way you do, RTT allows you to see it in a completely different way.  Which then allows you to change the meaning/perspective of it & ultimately change your beliefs.   Your subconscious shows you exactly what you need to see. 

Yes! RTT works exactly the same in person as it does remotely. During the session, I guide you through the process with my voice to help you achieve a more relaxed and calm state. One of the rules of the mind is that it wants to stay in the familiar and tries to avoid anything that is unfamiliar. With a zoom session, some clients feel more comfortable in their own home rather than in an office, giving them a sense of familiarity which allows them to relax even further.

There can be  3 types of change with Rapid Transformational Therapy

Immediate – you feel a massive change right away in your thoughts/behaviours in/after the session

Cumulative – you begin to see consistent change every day over time

Retroactive – you don’t see the shifts right away, and then one day you look back or someone makes a comment into how you’ve changed & you realize all of the things that are different in your life since your session

Hypnosis is very calming & relaxing,  similar to  a meditative state however in this case we will be dialoguing with your subconscious as you are in this relaxed state.   You will be completely aware of all that is around you, you will hear room sounds,  you will correct me if for example I said your name wrong.  You are completely aware & in control at all times.   You will not do or say anything that you do not want to.   Just as you cannot get stuck in hypnosis.  

Everyone can be hypnotized.  In fact, we go through a state of hypnosis everyday when we are watching tv, reading an engaging book or when we remember a cherished memory.  Even driving home in the car from work all of a sudden you are home.  Your subconscious took over & did the driving while you were thinking about what to make for supper or that upcoming meeting.  So forget what you’ve seen in movies.   You are always in control.  It’s about allowing a deep relaxation to take place where you can discover the answers you are seeking. 

Your mind learns by repetition.  It takes a minimum of 10 to 21 days to completely let go of an old belief and to lock in a new one.  This is one of the most important parts of RTT & requires your commitment to listening & to wanting change. 

Although there is no guarantee, understanding is key. Once you understood why, when and how you experienced that issue, it will begin to set you free from that belief/thought. After the session, you receive a personalized recording and it is imperative  that you listen to it for the next 21 consecutive days. During this time, your brain will rewire and cement the new habit/thought/belief needed for moving on letting go & exploring freedom and joy in the area you worked on.
